Replacement of elevators in the buildings of the All-Ukrainian Center for Maternity and Childhood of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine

Tender description

Invitation to Tender for the replacement of 6 sets of elevator equipment across three buildings of the State Institution "Ukrainian Center of Maternity and Childhood of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" (Obstetric, Laboratory, and Children's Hospital buildings), covering design, dismantling, supply, installation, and commissioning of new elevators. The procurement is carried out under Phase II of urgent repairs financed by a Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) grant, pursuant to the Memorandum of Cooperation dated 17 March 2026. Services are VAT-exempt as International Technical Assistance (project registered 5 May 2026, Card No. 6464).
