Under the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), Crown Agents Ukraine LLC, and the State Institution “All-Ukrainian Centre for Motherhood and Childhood of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”, dated 17.03.2025, No. 2991-USF-IG-UA (2025), a tender procedure was conducted for the procurement of technical supervision and cost estimate support services during renovation works at the medical facility. Project result: ensuring proper control over the quality, scope, and cost of the renovation works; their compliance with the design documentation and contractual requirements; and the effective and targeted use of project funds.
