Tender description

Invitation to Tender for engineering services for the project of urgent repairs of the State Institution "Ukrainian Center of Maternity and Childhood of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine," covering design documentation development and engineering support for the reconstruction of the maternity ward, inclusive sanitary facilities, entrance doors, and civil protection structures. The procurement is carried out under Phase II of urgent repairs financed by a Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) grant, pursuant to the Memorandum of Cooperation dated 17 March 2026. Services are VAT-exempt as International Technical Assistance (project registered 5 May 2026, Card No. 6464).
