The procurement was financed by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in response to a request from the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, as part of support for Ukraine's emergency recovery.
Crown Agents Ukraine managed the full delivery cycle — procurement, logistics, and delivery of the equipment to the designated sites.
